Elevator pitch for the Quantum Alliance.

Leaders from science, education, politics and journalism met in Washington, D.C. for the annual meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS). From March 2 to 5, 2023, the focus was on science that transcends disciplinary boundaries and impacts society. As a representative of the Quantum Alliance, QuantumFrontiers presented Germany's excellent quantum research at the joint stand "Research in Germany".

Together with the German Research Foundation (DFG), the German Center for Science and Innovation (DWIH) and six clusters of excellence from various disciplines, the Quantum Alliance presented career opportunities and funding possibilities for international scientists and decision-makers. In addition to their presence at the conference exhibition, the German delegation also joined forces for an event in the AAAS conference programme. Under the title "Germany: A Top Destination for PhD Students, Postdocs and Senior Scientists", the research clusters and institutions provided insights into their profiles and presented paths into the German scientific landscape.
