The Postdoc Appreciation Week (PAW) is an international week of action with many (online) offers for Postdocs (and PhD candidates in the final phase) to support them in their development and career. There are a large number of training courses and information sessions specifically aimed at Postdocs on funding, management, career paths, etc. The complete PAW programme can be found here
PAW Germany is inspired by the annual PAW celebrations in the USA and the UK. It is organised by a coordination team from Hanover and Munich. An overview of the programme at Leibniz University can be found here.
