Marina Trad Nery received the prize of the Leibniz Universitätsgesellschaft Hannover e.V., which is endowed with 500 euros.

Marina Trad Nery completed her doctorate at the Institute for Gravitational Physics. The physicist came to LUH with a Marie Curie International Training Network (ITN) GraWiToN School scholarship, funded by the EU. She recently completed her PhD with "excellent" and now holds a postdoc position at the Cluster of Excellence QuantumFrontiers.

In addition to her excellent research results, which among other things open up new research perspectives in quantum optomechanics and have a great importance in the development of the 3rd generation of gravitational wave detectors, Ms. Trad Nery has published numerous paper and is strongly committed to her fellow students.
