On 30 June and 1 July, some 300 members of the Cluster of Excellence QuantumFrontiers came together for their annual meeting. Both days were filled with intensive discussions on topics such as space missions, machine learning in metrology, quantum board games, optical clocks, quantum computers and much more.
Talks by members and invited speakers, poster sessions and a workshop on how scientists can actively combat bias in their own environment provided plenty of opportunity for dialogue and discussion.
It is a relief that this kind of exchange can continue in our second funding phase! Today
